Our arts & crafts area is a tradition that attracts thousands of visitors to our festival each year.  It features over 150 artisans from across Florida and the country selling a variety of handmade, unique and creative items.

The arts & crafts displays, located on the north side of the festival grounds, will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during our 2 day event.  Come and bring the entire family; there is something for everyone and you never know what you may find.

Become An Exhibitor

Thanks for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 59th Annual Grant Seafood Festival! If interested in becoming a vendor, please download the guidelines and read the information thoroughly. Failure to follow rules will result in your denial of show acceptance.

We are pleased to share that you can submit an application electronically. Click on the Google Forms link below to submit an application online.

Booths are 10x10 in size and cost $250.

Check out our NEW virtual map! Please check this map out to see our new numbering system, your old booth number might not be your new one. If you have specific booth requests feel free to include them on your application - but please note not all requests will be granted. Exciting News!
Robert and I are getting married this October — yay! We’ll be unavailable throughout the month as we celebrate, finalize preparations, and enjoy our honeymoon. I’ll begin reviewing applications again in November, so if you reach out in October, please expect a reply once I’m back (in November).

ALL payment must be submitted by February 1st, 2026, or your spot will be forfeited, similarly please have all insurance to me by February 1st, 2026, as well if your spot will be forfeited.

Insurance is required for all vendors; you must provide a current certificate of Special Event Liability Insurance covering you and your booth for the dates of the festival. The Certificate Holder section must read, “Grant Community Club, Inc., 4580 1st Street, Grant, Florida 32949” and the same must be listed as Additional Insured. Minimum coverage limits must be $1,000,000.00.

For individuals providing a form of payment along with their application, payment will be processed at the time of acceptance and receipts will be provided along with your approval letter in the mail. WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. If you sign up for the festival and decide to cancel your booth fee will not be refunded, so please plan accordingly.
