Become An Exhibitor
Thanks for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 58th Annual Grant Seafood Festival! NEW THIS YEAR – APPLY ONLINE.
We are pleased to share that you can now submit an application electronically. Click on the Google Forms link below to submit an application online.
Booths are 10x10 in size and cost $250.
If interested in becoming a vendor, please download the guidelines and read the information thoroughly. Failure to follow rules will result in your denial of show acceptance.
ALL payment must be submitted by February 1st, 2025, or your spot will be forfeited, similarly please have all insurance to me by February 1st, 2025, as well of your spot will be forfeited.
Insurance is required for all vendors; you must provide a current certificate of Special Event Liability Insurance covering you and your booth for the dates of the festival. The Certificate Holder section must read, “Grant Community Club, Inc., 4580 1st Street, Grant, Florida 32949” and same must be listed as Additional Insured. Minimum coverage limits must be $1,000,000.00.
For individuals providing a form of payment along with their application, payment will be processed at the time of acceptance and receipts will be provided along with your approval letter in the mail. WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. If you sign up for the festival and decide to cancel your booth fee will not be refunded, so please plan accordingly.
