Please note: No dogs (service dogs must wear vest or collar to distinguish) or other pets/animals, no coolers, no tents (canopies or pop-up tents), no umbrellas, no overnight parking.
Festival tickets can be purchased for $1 each in increments of 10. Most items range from 1-7 tickets.
*Tickets may also be purchased at the Airport Parking site both days, from 10am-3pm
Valkaria Airport: Follow signs to parking and shuttle pick up. Shuttles run on a continuous loop from Valkaria Airport to Festival Grounds.
Saturday, Mar 1, 2025 from 10 am - 8 pm
Sunday, Mar 2, 2025 from 10 am - 6 pm
Located on the west side of the main festival grounds. Cash or credit card only.
You will head south and turn either onto Valkaria Road from the north or Grant Road from the south. Follow signs to festival parking.
1. Take exit #173 (PALM BAY/MALABAR) and go 0.4 mi
2. Bear LEFT on SR-514 E and go 4.2 mi
3. Turn RIGHT on US-1 and go 5.8 mi
4. Now just follow the signs to the festival!
Note: Heading North on US 1 you will be routed off at Shell Pit Road and then follow the directional signs to festival parking.
1. Take exit #156 (FELLSMERE/SEBASTIAN) Turn right and go 4 mi.
2. Bear LEFT on ROSELAND RD(CR-505) and go 4.7 mi
3. Turn LEFT on US-1 and go 6.6 mi
4. Now just follow the signs to the festival!
Note: Heading south on US 1 you will be directed to turn onto Valkaria Road and then follow signs to festival parking. You may continue on Valkaria Road heading west to our shuttle lot across from The Habitat Golf Course if you want to utilize our park & ride lot.
Grant is located at the southern end of Brevard County on Florida’s east coast. Grant is approximately 1.5 hours east of Orlando, 12 miles south of Melbourne and 22 miles north of Vero. You can enter Grant either from US 1 or Babcock Street.
Please be mindful of the Brighline trains as we have three crossings in Grant. DO NOT STOP ON THE TRACKS.

We've booked some of the regions best talent and the entertainment will be non-stop.
Over 100 crafters from across the country will be exhibiting their "handmade" crafts during the two day festival.
The Grant Historical House will be closed during the festival, but be sure to visit this unique house on a different trip. More information coming soon.
The community service area is located on the west end of the community center. This area features local businesses and many civic and community organizations.
The Grant Library, located at 4580 1st street, will be holding their annual book sale on the front porch of the Grant Community Center during the regular festival hours. Hundreds of used books; hard cover as well as paperback will be sold with proceeds from the sale being used to purchase new books and videos for the Grant Library. Our library is not a part of the Brevard County Library System, rather it is run solely on a volunteer effort and is funded primarily through the Grant Community Club.
